I am a qualified teacher from the UK with a “Master of Education and Teaching” degree, with up to nearly 20 years of experience in teaching in Asia.
I originally began teaching I south India teaching from the age of 3 to up until secondary level. I then moved on to China and worked in international school as an English teacher and was responsible to training local teachers. I have now been in Indonesia for over 10 years where I have been Head of English for Various schools in Jakarta and Surabaya.
I am passionate about teaching and ensuring the students can enjoy learning. With engaging, energetic and fun environment. Students can feel free to explore with a hands-on approach going home with the excitement knowing they will be back tomorrow to continue. I believe we don’t just build students academically, but also socially and preparing them for the big world outside.
I have taken on extra teaching diplomas in education and special needs, so I have the knowledge and understanding to create fun engaging lessons for any level and academic needs.
